We are happy to ship worldwide from Chiang Mai, Thailand.

All Padumaroot pieces are carefully packed and sent with care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During special launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

International orders are shipped via registered international post or courier service with tracking.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Europe / Australia: 7–14 business days

  • North America: 10–18 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

At Padumaroot, each piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared before being sent to you. We hope you love your item, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage or alteration

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in texture, color, or weave are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, including photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
